These give a total of 418 or an average of nearly 70. His marks for translation were 62.

(iv) 55, (v) 54, (vi) 52.
These give a total of 351, or an average of 58.
His marks for translation were 45.

(4) Li Yau Shing who received for (i) 58, (ii) 60, (iii) 78,
(iv) 75, (v) 80, (vi) 80.
These give a total of 431, or an average of 72. His marks for translation were 26.

(5) Fung Ping Fan who received for (i) 62, (ii) 60, (iii) 45,
(iv) 70, (v) 56, (vi) 65.
These give a total of 358, or an average of 60. His marks for translation were 36.
His final total 48.
The se I consider equal to our University course in
:
Chinese. Li Yau Shing was weak in translation 26 marks,
but
his marks for Chinese were highest of all reckoned at 72 by our
method.
